Thanksgiving is almost here so we have to decide thighs or pies? If you decided on pies, which we all would, here is a workout to get back on track!

50- Outer thigh leg lifts

20- Fire hydrants

50- Standing leg lifts

20- Side leg pulse

50- Sumo Squat

20-Inwards Box Jumps

Repeat x2
