An Easy, Simple, and Fun Workout!

Want an effective workout to make this hump day a little more bearable?! Try this!

First: 

  • Warm up with any form of physical activity (Running, Jogging, or even Basketball)

Then get into some circuits with: 

  • 3 Sets of 10 Reps - Flat Bench Barbell Press
  • 3 Sets of 10 Reps - Incline Bench Dumbbell Press
  • 3 Sets of 10 Reps - Decline Bench Barbell Press
  • 3 Sets of 10 Reps - Skull Crushers ; Super-Set with 20 Push-Ups
  • 3 Sets of 10 Reps - Rope Pull Downs ; Super-Set with 20 Push-Ups
  • 3 Sets of 10 Reps - Body Weight Dips ; Super-Set with 20 Push-Ups
  • 5 Minute Abdominal Exercise of your choice! 

Finally cool off with some stretches!

Repeat this workout a few times a week and you'll be sure to feel the burn & see results in no time.
