Healthy Snacks

The easiest way to feel fit is to eat healthy! Here's a few quick snack ideas to fight sweet cravings:

  • Frozen grapes 
  • Bananas with peanut butter
  • Fresh veggies and hummus.

These are simple snacks to make but are very filling! Some other essential foods to have in your kitchen are fresh fruit, salad ingredients, eggs, olive oil, nuts, brown rice, and tea.

All of these items can be used to create healthy meals! Tea is a great way to detox and replenish your body with different antioxidants. There are so many different flavors and types to compliment your needs!
