If you gobbled until you wobbled this Thanksgiving here is a post-Thanksgiving workout!

  • 5 minute warm up jog
  • 30 Alternating Walking Lunges
  • 1 minute flutter kick
  • 15 Burpees
  • 30 V-Ups
  • 25 Squats
  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Pushups
  • 1-minute plank
  • 25 Calves Raises
  • 2 minute cool down walk
