Protein Shake Madness

As we all know, protein shakes are a vital part when it comes to working out. Protein is what helps our bodies form muscles, tissues, cells and organs. After a long hard workout, it is crucial to sip on a shake that will help our muscles heal. With that being said, here are a few delicious protein shake recipes that satisfies every type of taste bud!

 Pumpkin Protein Shake

  • 1 Banana, medium
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Silk unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 Ice cubes

 Blueberry Muffin Shake

  • 1/4 cup Blueberries, fresh
  • 1 Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Oats, raw
  • 1/2 tsp Butter flavoring extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

 Creamy Green

  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 scoop Vanilla SFH protein
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

 Peachy Strawberry

  • 1 Cup Whole Frozen Strawberries
  •  ½ Cup Frozen Peaches
  •  1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  •  1 Cup Ice
  •  ½ Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Packet Stevia or 1 Tbsp of Honey
  • 1 Serving of Vanilla Protein Powder
