Here's the challenge: For the entire month you have to do 100 burpees every day. You can do it during your lunch break at work, at home, on vacation, before bed, literally anywhere anytime.
You also do not have to do them consecutively! You can do 20 every couple of hours, or five every time you walk past your kitchen, whatever works for you, do it… as long as you complete the 100 burpees by the end of the day.
Doing this challenge will help you get into a routine of working out, and it will make eventually adding more workouts even easier! You will boost your stamina, boost your metabolism, burn fat, and keep you active throughout the day!
